1. USE AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Seller declares to the operator of the platform that he is 18-years-old at least, or of
any age allowing to a covenant, bearing in mind the law in the country of user’s jurisdiction.

3. CREATING AN ACCOUNT
To create an account, User has to fill in the registration form available on the
https://app.codeswholesale.com/#/sign-up website. For the registration to be possible, you need to correctly
fill in the fields on the form, including: the name of your company, e-mail address, password and the
website via which you would like to sell your codes. User intending to sell codes on the platform should
tick the “User&Seller” option while filling the form. Each User’s account can be upgraded to the
seller’s account after the registration.
Activating the account lasts up to 24 hours (if every fields
has been filled in correctly). The operator of the platform reserves the right to prolonging the
