Start with a free Demo Account to explore the platform. To trade, you'll need a Buyer Account (a one-time, non-refundable €30 activation), and then you can apply for a Seller Account. Setting up a Seller Account requires additional business verification before you can list and sell your stock.

To ensure that an invoice is correctly verified and accepted for withdrawal processing, it must meet the following requirements:

• Invoice Date – The invoice issue date must be exactly the same as the date on which the withdrawal request was submitted on the CodesWholesale platform.
• Invoice Amount – The total invoice amount must exactly match the requested withdrawal amount.
• Detailed Product Information – The invoice must include an itemized list of the products sold, specifying:
  • Product name.
  • Quantity sold.
  • Price of each product.
• Company Details – The seller's company information on the invoice must exactly match the details registered on the CodesWholesale platform, including:
  • Full legal company name.
  • Registered business address.
  • VAT ID / Tax ID (if applicable).

Important: Before submitting an invoice, please ensure that all information is accurate and consistent with your CodesWholesale account details. Invoices containing missing information or discrepancies may require corrections, which could delay the withdrawal process.
