The operator of the platform is Summanus Ltd.

Platform – a group of interrelated websites made available on the Internet via CodesWholesale.com.
Seller – an entrepreneurship selling codes and registered under the Platform and with an active “User & Seller” account. A seller can also acquire, via the platform, products offered by other sellers.
User – every person/entrepreneurship using functions of the portal that has registered within the portal and has an active “User” account.
Terms of Use – an agreement containing terms of use of the platform as well as rights and obligations of Users and the Operator of the platform.
Account – an account on CodesWholesale.com platform, with which the User can benefit from the functions of the platform.

Seller declares to the platform Operator that they are of legal age, bearing in mind the law in the country of user’s jurisdiction.

If the Seller operates on behalf of the third party, they declare to the operator of the platform that they are authorized to the incurrence of liabilities resulting from signing the deal on behalf of the third party. Accepting Terms of Use by such Seller is equivalent to accepting it by a third party.
The platform Operator shall have the right to change or modify the Terms of Use without notice to the Seller at any time. As a consequence, each Seller is obliged to regular check-ups of the Terms of Use.
While using the platform, Seller agrees to receive information via email or other channels belonging to different services.

The Seller does not bear any costs resulting from using the platform.
The Seller can top-up his wallet in one of three ways: via a bank transfer, PayPal, or Skrill. The Seller, who chooses the second or third option, declares acknowledging the Terms of Use of these services available on their websites and accepts the agreements they contain.
Any withdrawal of uploaded funds from the Seller’s account can be charged with bank or PayPal fees.
The Seller declares that for all the products purchased via the platform, they will only pay with money from legitimate resources.
The Seller declares the awareness of the fact that ordering the products available on the platform is bound to the obligation of paying for them.
Final prices are calculated based on the offers available on the market.

For the registration to be possible, they need to fill in the boxes on the form, including the name of their company, email address, password, and the website via which they would like to sell their codes. Users intending to sell codes on the platform should tick the “User&Seller” option while filling out the form. Every User’s account can be upgraded to the Seller’s account after the registration.
Activating the account lasts up to 24 hours (if every box has been filled in correctly). The Operator of the platform reserves the right to prolong the verification time of the sent data. The Operator of the platform reserves the right to deny activating the account, without providing an explanation to the Seller.
The Operator of the platform is entitled to the right to verify the data provided by the Seller, which requires the submission of relevant documents, including information such as the address of the company’s headquarters, registration of the subject within the appropriate register, tax identification number, and contact details. A failure in providing the required documents may cause the denial of the account activation.
Full access to the platform is available once the process of evaluating received documents and activating the account has concluded successfully.
The Seller is obliged to have a valid email address assigned to his account at all times.
The Operator of the platform reserves the right to block the account of the Seller in case the Terms of Use were breached by them.
The Seller can not use the accounts of other Sellers or make their accounts available to other Sellers or third parties. It does not apply in a situation where the Seller is sharing their account with a third party using the platform on their behalf.
If there is a claim that the Seller's codes are either faulty or used, the Seller’s account may be blocked.
The Seller has the right to have an insight into his data, update it, demand to cease its further use and delete the Seller’s account.
The account of the Seller belongs to the Operator of the platform and may be deleted without providing a reason.

The rights not admitted within the Terms of Use remain at the sole discretion of CodesWholesale.com and the Operator of the platform.
Violating or intending to breach the law while using CodesWholesale.com is not allowed. The Operator of the platform does not allow to violate the law, the third parties, copyrights, industrial property law, or personal goods.

The Seller acknowledges the fact that all payments are going to be made only in Euro.
The platform is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year.
The Operator of the platform is not liable for the outage of the service, and Seller’s losses, should such situations happen, happen independently from the Operator of the platform.
In case of any problems with the platform or Seller’s account, CodesWholesale.com provides the required technical support. Should any problems be noticed, the Seller should immediately report them to the support department of CodesWholesale.com via the email support@codeswholesale.com or skype: support.codeswholesale.
The seller declares that all products they place on the platform are free from any material or legal defects and third-party claims.
The Seller declares they will not be involved in any actions that could possibly harm the interests of CodesWholesale.com and the Operator of the platform.

If the User is unsatisfied with the purchased product, they have the right to file a complaint. All complaints should be filed in the support department via email or Skype. Users filing a complaint have to fill in the form available at https://podio.com/webforms/7569390/573957 with the precise description of the problem.
After the complaint has been accepted and support of the Platform has preliminary verified it, the Seller, who is the operator of the keys, is informed. The Seller is required to make an answer within 48 hours. In case of failing to answer within that time, the platform returns the money to the User from the Seller’s wallet.
Positive consideration of the complaint results in an exchange of a faulty product for one of a standard value or, if not possible (in case of a stock shortage), paying the money (equal to the value of the product) back to the User. In addition, the Seller is charged €1 per each refunded code. The amount is subtracted from the balance of the Seller’s account.
All the products we sell are uncut versions. The User is obliged to check whether or not the game he wants to sell within a certain territory (e.g. Germany, Austria, or Japan) is not a subject of censorship. Reviewing such complaints will not be taken into account.
