access the always up-to-date price list. Here you can browse products by title, platform, region, language,
and availability. You will see the summary of all your orders in the shopping cart. In order to start making
purchases on CodesWholesale, remember to add funds to your account balance. Your game keys will be ready to
download instantly after making a payment.

Can I pay in a currency other than EUR?
Currently, we only accept EUR payments. If you wish to make a bank transfer in another currency, your bank
will use their current exchange rate to convert to EUR. Please contact your bank for more details. If you
want to save on foreign exchanges, we recommend you to use services such as Transferwise.
How do I know that you have the product I’m looking for?
Go to the Price list tab, click on Availability options and choose in stock. If you want to know when a
given product will be back in stock, click on the bell icon next to a given product.
Can I get a discount?
CodesWholesale offers quantity-based pricing with different sales prices applied to the following
quantities: 1-9, 10-99, and 100+. Note that the lowest price is offered for the greatest number of items
(100+). It is also possible to purchase products at the lowest price on a regular basis if you are an API
user. You can also find games at reduced prices in the Deals tab.
What are Deals?
Deals are limited-time gaming offers whose prices are always lower than the ones displayed on the price
Can I cancel my Deal order?
You can always cancel your Deal order if the activation codes do not arrive on time. We will return the
amount due to your account balance. Once the activation codes have been assigned to your account, it is not
possible to cannot cancel your order.
When do I get the game keys?
When you buy game keys available on the price list, they will get assigned to your account straight away.
However, if you place a Deal order, you will receive the activation codes at the time specified in the
offer. You will find all your activation codes in My Order tab right after sending a payment.
What if I cannot find the product I am looking for?
If you cannot find the game you are looking for, just drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get
in touch with you as soon as possible.
How do I know if the game key is valid in my country?
Go to the Region column on the price list. Be sure to check the current region restrictions on the
publisher’s website. Before you buy a game key, you are also advised to check the platforms on which that
game key can be activated. Some games can only be redeemed on the developer’s platform and not on Steam,
Origin, Uplay or Battle.net. In case of refunds, you should also request screenshots from your customers.
This way, you will have information on which platform they have redeemed their game key.
When do I get my pre-order games?
We always provide pre-order games on the release day. It may also happen that we will receive activation
codes well ahead of the scheduled release and put them in stock sometime earlier. You will be notified about
this as soon as the activation codes are available.
What policy do you follow regarding pre-orders for products that have been out of stock?
We monitor and review pre-orders for products that are currently out of stock.

Something is wrong with my key. What should I do?
If you have any problem with the game key (e.g. it has already been used, is invalid or one letter is
missing), please read the instructions carefully to solve your issue. Make sure that the key was not
duplicated in your system. Do not send a replacement key nor refund to your customer until you hear from us. This is to eliminate
any possible frauds!

screenshot of your client’s conversation with Origin, Steam, uPlay etc. support with their answer about
the activation date. Our game keys come from official distributors and if there was not any duplication
problem in their system, the activation date will help to solve the issue. If the game key appears to be
used after you delivered it to the customer, do not send their funds back immediately. Please make sure
that you have filled all the required fields and that you have attached screenshots with an error
notification. If the key is already used, please do not forget to add a screenshot with the activation
date. Keep in mind that only complete applications will be processed. If your complaint contains all the

What should I do if the game key is not working in my country?
All video games available on CodesWholesale are the uncut versions. Remember that if a game key is blocked
in a given country, for example, in Germany, Australia or Japan, it will not be possible to redeem it there.
We also do not take any responsibility for you purchasing games with region restrictions. Before making a
purchase, please make sure that a game key of your choice does not have any region restrictions.
Can I change my order once I submitted it?
Unfortunately not. Once you have submitted the order, you are unable to change it.
Can I get credit from CodesWholesale?
Yes, you can. If your business has a solid record of transactions, you may apply for a credit. Should you
