We don't require any minimum order quantity. On CodesWholesale pricing depends on the quantity purchased.

You can check if a given product is available in "in stock" column within the price-list. Use the "back to stock" notification if you wish to be informed about the product being out of stock. The notification option is next to every product title.

Every product has 3 price levels depending on the quantity of digital keys within the order. You'll save money if you purchase a lot of digital product keys. Also, new and attractive offers are waiting for you on the "Deals" tab every day.

The Deals are limited offers with considerably lower pricing than the ones displayed on the price-list.

You can buy codes without worrying about delivery. Unless you receive the codes on time, you can withdraw your order.

You can cancel your deal order if the codes have not been delivered on time. The amount due will be returned to your account.

Remember that the distributor may assign the codes after the delivery time if the order has not been cancelled. Once the codes are assigned to you, you cannot cancel the order.

If you place a Deal order, the codes will be delivered at the time specified in the offer.

The codes can be found in "my order" tab right after making a payment.

If you cannot find the game you're looking for, please let us know. We will do our best to get it for you.

Go to the “Region” column on the price list.

The pre-orders won't be delivered later than on the release date. We usually receive game keys 1-2 days prior to the release date. You will be notified about this as soon as they are available.

If you have any problem with the key (e.g. it has already been used, is invalid or one letter is missing), please read the instructions carefully to solve an issue. Please make sure that the key was not duplicated in your system. Don't send a replacement key to your customer until you hear from us. This is to eliminate any possible frauds! Please fill out this form and most importantly – please attach screenshots of the error notification. Additionally, in case the key appears to be used, please attach a screenshot of your client's conversation with Origin, Steam, uPlay etc. support with their answer about the activation date. Our keys come from official distributors and if there was not a duplication problem in their system, the activation date helps to solve the issue. If the key appears to be used after you delivered it to the customer, don't send their funds back immediately.

Please make sure that you have filled all the required fields, and that you have attached screenshots with an error notification. If the key is already used, please do not forget to add a screenshot with an information about the activation date.

Only complete applications will be processed. If a complaint is complete our Support Team will inform you about the solution within 2 working days.

By default, we are selling uncut versions of all titles. If any of the worldwide keys is blocked in a given country (ex. Germany, Australia, Japan), it won't be activated. We do not take any responsibility for purchasing uncut versions for your customers from restricted countries. Prior to making a purchase, we advise you to check carefully whether a given title is restricted due to the censorship.

Sorry but it's impossible. We don't accept any changes made to orders after they have been submitted.

REST API allows you to integrate your e-store or system with platform. Thanks to it, when a customer buys a game in your store, the game is automatically purchased on and sent to a customer via your store. The whole process is fully automated and takes less than a second.

There are absolutely no hidden charges or fees involved. You'll get the exact amount of money you've set as your selling price. Our margin is added to your selling price so that’s why the price visible on the price list is slightly different from the one you’ve set.

To upload your keys, please go to the “Sell products” section and choose a title.

If a given title is not on our list of products, you can submit your suggestion by clicking the “Suggest product” option and entering product details. It will then be accepted or rejected by our Administrator.

Please check our general principles:

  • We only accept a minimum of 10 codes per request;
  • We won't accept suggestions for Pre-orders;
  • We won't accept suggestions for low-cost DLCs that don't influence the game significantly (ex. Call of Duty: Black Ops II - Bacon Personalization Pack DLC);
  • We won't accept suggestions for Bundles;
  • We won't accept suggestions for Steam Gifts;
  • We won't accept suggestions for RU keys;
  • We won't accept suggestions for no-DRM keys, or keys from less popular platforms (ex. Desura).
  • We won't accept suggestions for Beta or Trial keys.

We set prices based on the offers available on the market.

The system prioritizes and sends the codes with the lowest price set by the supplier.

You can put the code of your supplier. It should be the number (as your own security measure to prevent from revealing your sources). It will help you to manage all the keys added to the platform and, in case there are any problems, you can check right away the supplier you have got it from.

There is no need to do so. It is only for you to have easy access to this information in case you want to change the price, or you want to calculate your profit margin.

Go to the "Sell products" section, find "Filter codes" and choose "My codes".

You can add many codes to the stock simultaneously by using one of the three options below:

  1. Upload files - you can select any number of files in a folder which will then be uploaded to the system.
  2. Upload the folder - you can add all files stored in your folder from your computer's hard disk.
  3. Add text - you can write (rewrite or copy from your file) all codes in the text field. Keep in mind that every successive code should be placed in a new line.

However, when you add image files, each unique code should be added to the system as a separate file (there should be no more than just one scanned code located in the graphic file - except games which consist of codes in packages, eg. For the basic version and the DLC - more on this in question "How to add codes from the DLC?").

If the game contains more than 1 code (eg. Set consists of one code which is the basic version and one code which is the DLC), all codes need to be placed in one line with space, for example:

  • Game: 1234-1234-2345-5677 DLC: 2345-8765-9876-7654
  • Game: 2345-5224-4244-4242 DLC: 5222-3223-3223-3222

If you have products at really good prices, you can offer a Deal.

Just use our option: "Add new deal". Select a product and set the unit price with the quantity. You'll have to set the expiry date and delivery time.

You don't have to add your codes while creating the offer. You will have to upload the codes according to the date of delivery.


  • The unit price has to be lower than the price shown on the price list.
  • The minimum quantity of codes for a single Deal is 100.
  • The offer can't last longer than 24 hours.
  • The delivery time can't be longer than 7 days.
  • You have to upload and assign your codes before the delivery time runs out.

Go to the "Orders history" section and click on “Sold” tab.

The amount due will be added to your account balance after the payout period. You can use it to make purchases on the platform or you can withdraw it by clicking the "withdraw" option in the Account Balance tab. If you opt for the latter, select your preferred payment method and fill in the required information. Please keep in mind that payments are usually sent within 5 working days. As for international bank transfers, they may take another 2-5 working days depending on the recipient’s bank location.

To set up your own domain, you don't need an IT specialist. All you need to do is just follow the instructions and complete the entire configuration in a simple way.

Configuring an [ALIAS] or [ANAME] record with your Host provider

If your Host provider supports [ALIAS] records (such as with DNSimple) or [ANAME] records (such as with DNS Made Easy), you may choose to create an [ALIAS] or [ANAME] record to, instead.

(Note: Some Host providers allow an apex domain configured with an ALIAS record to point to some other domain name.)

To confirm that your [ALIAS] or [ANAME] record has been set correctly, use the dig command:

Configuring a www subdomain

You can use a custom subdomain other than www together with a custom apex domain via domain redirection (sometimes called "domain forwarding"). Note, however, that this will only work for User and Organization Pages-not for Project Pages.

If any problems are reported to us, you will be notified about them by email. Then you have 48 hours to give us a response. If no response is given within the time mentioned, the refund to the customer will be made. Additionally, in the case of a refund or replacement, the amount €0.3 will be subtracted from the balance of the Seller's account.

Game codes can only be sold starting from the official release date onwards.
